Order Confirmation:

Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address provided during checkout. Upon receiving your order confirmation please review all aspects of the order for accuracy. Contact us immediately if any changes need to be made as some orders ship out the day of order.

Return Policy:

If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased from Green Front’s online store, contact info@greenfrontrugs.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  Items that are marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or return. All returned items must be in their original unused condition and in their original packaging.


You can expect a refund to be issued in the same form of payment that was originally used for your purchase. Please understand that refunds can take up to 14 days for us to process your refund from time of receipt back to our warehouse. Once the item or items are received they are inspected and a refund request is sent to our credit department. Once a credit is given it can take several days to post through the credit card processor and issuing bank. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wrong Product Received:

If you are shipped a different product from what you ordered, please call or email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will email you a call tag to have the item(s) picked up and make sure the correct item is shipped to you immediately free of charge.

Defective/Damaged Products:

If you receive an item and it is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Email us at info@greenfrontrugs.com with your order information and photos of the damage. Once the item is deemed defective, you will receive instructions on if it needs to be returned or discarded.

Freight Shipments

Upon receipt of order if there is obvious freight damage, you must refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. Make sure you or the driver notes said damage on the bill of landing. If you sign for a shipment that has obvious freight damage you are responsible for all damage and must file your own claim with the shipping agency.

If you receive a freight order with concealed damage, you must contact customer service within 48 hours. If you fail to report damage in a timely manner, you will be responsible for all damage and will be required to file a claim with the shipping company.

Sales Tax:

Green Front Furniture is registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is responsible for collecting 5.3% state sales tax on all orders shipped within the state.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. All transactions are handled through a SSL secure, encrypted and protected server.
