We want shoppers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If your Green Front Rugs order is not all you hoped for, we will accept undamaged and unused returns. There is a $65 restocking fee for rugs costing more than $500.
Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and mail your return within fifteen days of receiving the order. Fold the rug according to the Green Front Rugs Instruction Guide, include the shipping slip that came with your original order, and package the rug in the original bag that was shipped with your rug.
You will receive an initial email notification once we have received your order. Another email will be sent to notify you of your refunded amount.
Returns will be credited, minus the $65 restocking fee, to the payment method with which they were purchased. Please be aware individual bank processing times may vary.
We do not accept returns if not notified within 15 days of delivery.
With an approved return form in hand, items purchased on the Green Front Rugs site may be physically returned to Green Front only at our Farmville location. If returned in person, the restocking fee is waived.
We will accept returns by UPS or FedEx. Return shipping is not a refundable expense and will not be returned with your purchase amount.
All merchandise is closely inspected prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality product with no existing damages. Green Front Rugs is not responsible for damages that occurred during transit, or after delivery. If your shipment has arrived with damages, please contact Green Front within 2 days of delivery. Photos of the packaging and photos of the damage(s) will be needed to place a claim with UPS.
Green Front Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
We do not offer refunds for delivery fees. For returns or exchanges without receipt or ability to validate the purchase, we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges. Rugs marked Final Sale can not be returned.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are currently operating on low-inventory through 2022 but will be back in the future with more great rug selections!
